What a great experience! This was my first time ordering from ProAV, and it went off without a hitch. My order was shipped out the very same day, and it showed up the next day. Everything was packed really well, and the equipment is in perfect condition, so I'm really happy with their service overall.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order wasn't the greatest. It was okay. I bought something, but later they informed me it was out of stock. What should've come in 3-5 days ended up taking 12 days, which really messed up a video shoot by over a week.

I placed my order over the weekend, and I get that they don’t process until the next week. Still, with no one working on weekends, they ought to have a cap on orders based on what they actually have in stock. I can't think of any other reason why the item I bought was listed as available when it wasn’t.

Customer service was decent in terms of response time, so that’s why I gave it an average rating.

I don’t think this is how they usually operate, and I’m definitely gonna give them another shot since some of their prices are really good. So, take this review with a pinch of salt.
